To access to your individual bill, use your Account ID and password

To access to group bills especially for businesses, use your Customer ID and password

Steps: New customer registering to Orange Self Care

• Enter Account ID/Customer ID*
• Fill in Registration Form
• Read & Agree to Terms & Co
• Activation code will be sent by SMS
• Enter activation code
• Set password/confirm
• Registration successful
• SMS + email will be sent to you as a confirmation of registration

Steps: Registered Users

• Enter Account ID/Customer ID*
• Input password
• View your consumption as at last transaction processed
• View your bills (download itemised bills by PDF/Excel)
• Pay your bills by credit card
• View and/or print your online receipt
